THE BACKYARD

The Backyard is a melting pot of restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs, along with its own gym and kids playground that was developed in the heart of Hazmieh in coordination with our subsidiary company, Platinum Venture. It is a vast open air project known for its beautiful and modern concrete design. This venue comprises lots of spaces to roam around, a nice fountain, lots of greenery and the whole thing is surrounded with water passages. The backyard project offers 17 of Lebanons brand names in the restaurants and bars industry. Moreover, a kid’s playground and a gym were implemented in the project to suit all age groups and client categories.

NESTLE

Nestle Building in Jisr EL Basha was developed in coordination with Platinum Venture. The project was developed to be the headquarters of Nestle, the wholesalers and retailers of mineral waters and beverages. The project is a landmark as it is known for its appealing design with its cantilever beam. Nestle headquarters won several awards as one of the best designs in many architectural competitions. The project is now rented by the esteemed company.
